Information submitted through forms

When you submit a contact or quote form, the website may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, property location, selected services, and the message you provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate the requested service.

Storage and email delivery

The included website package stores form submissions in a protected server log and can email a configured recipient. The site owner should establish appropriate retention, access, and deletion practices before accepting production submissions.

Emergency communications

Website forms are not monitored as an emergency communication channel and should not be used to provide active alarm instructions. Existing monitored customers should use the published central monitoring number.

Cookies and analytics

The base package uses a session cookie for form security. It does not include advertising or analytics scripts. This notice must be updated if analytics, marketing pixels, chat tools, or other third-party services are added.
